B1NBAGS is a clothing label I started in Hong Kong in 2023: reworked vintage and second-hand jeans, jackets and hoodies, and t-shirts, all screen-printed by hand. I paused it in 2024 to focus on university, restarted it in 2025, and it is on pause again for now. I do everything myself, from the prints to the films. The video work sells the creative lifestyle rather than the product: reels shot on a cinema-grade camera and graded with film emulation for a consistent vintage, textured feel.

The creative and production process behind B1NBAGS — a Hong Kong clothing brand started in 2023 with patterns drawn from scans of old Hong Kong dollar bills. Physically, designs are brought into Photoshop as bitmap exports and converted to .tif files, and screen-printed by hand with water-based paint onto reworked vintage jeans, jackets, hoodies and t-shirts. On the visual side, photography is shot on a Lumix S5II with film-emulating colour profiles in Lightroom C. Video colour grading was developed over two years of research in DaVinci Resolve, mixing film emulation plug-ins to build a consistent vintage, textured look. In 2025 the brand restarted with a sharper focus on communicating the creative lifestyle over the product itself. It is on pause for now.
